B- Apple with Peanut Butter. (hooked) lol

L- Tuna salad, with lettuce, artichokes, sweet red peppers, olives, chick peas, and a lite dressing.  Busy But good!


Dinner same as lunch.


Water at least 60 oz.
all vitamins, actigall, prilosec, biotin
Exercise soccer practice with 12 8 year olds..PRICELESS.

It's Friday we made it y'all... Let's do it!

B-tuna with crackers
snack- yougurt lite and fit for diabetics
lunch pot roast with veggies
snack unsweetened applesauce
Dinner hmmm not sure yet maybe a turkeyburger with advacdo
Much as I can with my water intake and all my vitamins.

Hi Candace,

Thanks for calling me back yesterday, I was still overwhelmed from the afwul news from my *former* surgeon, and trying to figure out what to do next.

Has nothing to do with food, but my plan for today is to suck it up and move on.  I'm not sure how Im going to do this, but I have resolved that I WILL get my DS.  I pray that God makes a way.

I'll try giving you a call sometime this weekend.   Have a wonderful day!
