Don't feel like being yelled at. Nothing about anyone on here...

I'm a newbie, so y'all might not miss me... I'm gonna have to think over some things in my life long and hard and find some strength, courage, and the insight to make the right choice about this surgery and other stuff.

I know the pros and cons... I'm just one of those peeps scared of failure... But my dad would be disappointed, b/c he didn't raise a quitter, either.

I'm so down, I really don't need to be externally beat up. I've done it more than enough to myself. I've cried as much as my dehydrated body would allow, I've prayed.

So, please pray for me...

Consider the prayer done. Your not alone on feeling that way. Failure is a tough pill to swallow. Yet think positive we all hit bumps in our life. Hang in there.

I f you read my page and story i was so depressed when i first started on here i am coming around i look forward to hearing for my OH family we love you ....... keep you head up

Hey Ms. KSK:

What specifically are you seeking prayer for; not to say GOD wouldn't, but every decision is not HIS to make. Lots of times We must make the decision and HE provides Support along the way. Just think what We would REALLY think of GOD if He made some of these decisions for "Praying" people, even those that consulted HIM First. Maybe you should be dwelling on the Serenity Prayer, so you can know what is Yours to decide, what is not, and the Wisdom to know the Difference.

Well I actually enjoy your energy as well as your posts. I think you are positive. And maybe we newbies need to form a pact or a "sisterhood". Since the Vets already have established relationships and I know thats sometimes hard to just accept a whole bunch of new people into. So Maybe we should do that, and not exclude the Vets or anyone else. But don't give up, don't stop posting, Don't go into a hole. Keep coming to BAF, we are here for you!

DITTO! Cause a Vet don't get to be a Vet unless they were once a newbie w/courage. And some of these "Old" heads need to be told to go sit down, cause all some of them do is prop eace other up in WRONG DOING! Shoot, some of them ENABLE the hell out of each other with all kinds of **** and they will bring you down too if you connect with the Wrong Ones.

Hey Ms. KSK:

I read your Blog. Maybe you are NOT ready, maybe you haven't felt bottom yet. Because if you felt the bottom I think you would say, " Skrew a FRIED french fry and ANYthing else that will get in my way!" Do you know there are people who have had WLS and are vegetarians and are happy, gettin in all their protein and everything. FOOD is still your Master, when you are willing to subjegate food to it's rightful place new options may open up for you. But at least you have to be WILLING.

You'll be okay. Just write down the pros and cons and go from there.

I just registered for college (again) and this time around I'm going to finish. Just don't set yourself up thinking about failure and I think you'll be alright!!
