Dinner....grilled chicken breast and corn with red peppers

Good morning Miz D.
B: protein shake right now.  At work:  egg, string cheese, and coffee.
L: ground turkey, refried beans, cheese and salsa
D: salmon
S: pear & pork rinds(maybe)

This last week I haven't been feeling like eating and when I do I can only get in a few bites, so this menu will probably change somehow throughout the day.

Morning Dani Morning BAF

Breakfast - Carnation Instant Breakfast - with a half scoop of protein power
Snack - Strawberry Protein Shake
Lunch - Banana Protein Shake and SF chocolate Pudding
Snack  - SF Jello
Dinner - Chicken Breast with Asparagus

already drank 20oz of water and am sipping from the BUBBA KEG I plan on finishing that 52 oz before I leave at work today
Forgot to take my vitamins this morning so I will be taking them as soon as I hit the door this evening.

Already completed 30 min on my treadmill and if weather permits will be walking down hains point this evening.  Otherwise I'll be at KEE KEE's Gym (ala my basement) this evening!
I was once a mess!!  My mess is now my message!! WLS saves lives!!  I'm living proof!

Vitamins done, water and exercise...  2 mile walk later today.
