All the good cooks out there - HELP

Umm - a sista is trying to avoid all red meat and pork till Memorial Day - but I was about to CRY when I passed two Burger Kings yesterday - Whopper Jr was callin me.....

I have so far made:
BBQ chicken
Salmon Croquettes
chicken spaghetti
chicken wings
brussel sprouts
peas
vegetarian baked beans

can you help a sista with some other dishes?  I am planning on turkey meatloaf this weekend and maybe baked tilapia - but I realized today that I eat a LOT of damn red meat and have NO idea of what else to eat - so if I don't plan this ish out right - I'll be in the Burger King bathroom getting busy and NOT like Digital Underground 'The Humpty Dance'!!!!!  LOL

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Tuna Burgers

Spaghetti Squash
Cali flower
Zucini/yellow Squash
Turkey wings, Breast, Legs
Frozen fish- Salmon, Talipia, Flounder,

 Microwave...Poke several wholes 3 minutes. I have put it in the oven , but gee**** take forever and I didn't like the texture as much as when I put it in the microwave it comes out stringy and pasta texture perfectly.

LOL........My question is and this may be stupid but is there actual pasta in this dish or is the squash prepared like spaghetti with meat in it ???

I put ground meat in the sauce if I make it all together like a casserole and add cheese the kids well eat it. But that's the same if I make spagitti so. I've seen recipes with just white sauce and no meat if that's what u prefer.No pasta the squash scraps out and mocks pasta!

I like to season mine like sweet potatoes. 

After the squash is cooked I pull the strings out and sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and Sweet & Low.  I don't measure anything, I just eyeball it and taste as I'm adding.  I also melt a tiny bit of real butter on it to give it that good rich flavor.
It's yummy!

Chicken wraps - yummm had that last night for dinner!!

Since you are wanting a burger so bad, do TURKEY burgers yummm.
Chicken tetrazzini, I have several more I just need to THINK.

You know I cook at least 5 days a week!!

I am sooooo glad I dont have to cook everyday...whewwww that takes up too much creative energy..lol
