Facebook and people make comments about WLS
So last night on facebook I read a status of a childhood friend she had just got off work. So I made a comment girl you work fast I did no know you were working. She just did not have a job a couple of weeks ago. Then she explained she was off on med leave but she is back now. Anyway then she made a comment on my page I am happy you are on a health kick I was worried about you and that gastric bypass must really be working for you. I was like was that comment a pay back comment because I said I did not know she was working and she moves fast or what. It made me very upset because I have not told everyone about my wls surgery yet and that is not the way I want them to find out.
I'm finding facebook a tricky thing when it comes to the surgery . My current friends and family of course know about the surgery but high school friends and friends of friends dont. If she knew that you were being confidential about the surgery she def did it to put you on blast. What was your intent behind your comment?
Howdy,
did you delete her comment? whenever someone comments you can always scroll to the right and click the x and that will delete their comment immediately.
On FB I decided to share my wls journey since everyone knows about it anyway, and I noticed after posting pics last Friday that one of my cousins put on her status that she and her brother are doing a diet where you eat bananas for 2 days and drink only milk for the next 2. She then typed that her brother lost 58lbs in 59 days. I am certain that she put that there because of me posting pics. I commented and told her, hannel yo' bidnezz...now you KNOW what I wanted to say.
