OHHH YEEAAAAA!!!! I'M READY
LOVE YOU SEXY, SEE YOU SATURDAY

Just a thought - have you thought about fixing yourself a trail mix that has a few M&M’s in it? If you make the main ingredient nuts and maybe add a few raisins to it you can satisfy your sweet tooth, but still be consuming mostly protein and healthy fats.
I know a lot of people are "purists" but I think if I had to give up all my favorite foods forever that it would be a miserable way to live. Having just a little bit as a treat every once in a while seems more reasonable to me.
You sound just like me when the PMS honey bun cravings start.
I never was that much of a soda drinker, so it's not that big of an issue for me. My surgeon said it was OK to have diet pop if we drink it flat. You might want to check with your doc and see what he/she thinks.
Regarding ice cream, I tried some sugar free ice cream when I was a new post op. I'd assumed that it was sweetened with Splenda, but it had sugar alcohols in it.
I was out on a date and had to run for the bathroom because that stuff tore my stomach up. Looking back it's kind of funny, but I was soooooo embarrassed when it happened.
Thanks for the info however I am not trying to wake up missy. I just like to read about long term possiblities. Surgeon states No carbonated anything so I am doing right thing today. I can relate to running to bathroom now at work thats why I keep my lactase enzyme pills at work. Sometimes that is a trial and error. BTW, I love Sunday post as well all that different food.
