o/t - ghetto transactions

I see this all the time in the welfare bidness.  It's simply a matter of the squeaky wheel getting the oil.  They more you call and bug the more people will do what you want them to do and faster so that they never have to deal with you again. 
in my line of work, crazies(not stating you are crazy or anything like that) get processed faster just to get them out of my hair and outta the office. 
And folks just don't give a flying F**K about customer service anymore.  With all the layoffs and cutbacks and people being underpaid and overworked.  Folks just stopping giving a damn.  I deal with that everyday.  Sorry you had to go through that.
