Dinner - Salad

I dragged azz into the gym yesterday - i was literally at the exit to go home vs the gym on the freeway and had to put a tighter grip on the steering whell to mak myself go!!!  LOL

Today:
B - protein shake, one slice wheat toast, .5 deviled egg
L - italian lunch they are bringing in *note:  If it's got red meat, Imma be a salad eating mofo - I remembered Cookie!!!!*
S - pear halves and yogurt
D - BBQ chicken with brussel sprouts
S - PB and J sammich

Did my morning round of vitamins - got calcium coming up in about 30 more min

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

s) fresh fruit
l) salad from the mall -
d) think I am gonna grill some pork chops/bake potatoe/salad

I did my mini-stepper this am for 10 minutes!
B: 1 egg white
L: 1/4 Split Pea Soup
Mini-Meal: 1 Low Fat Cheese Stick
D: 1/4 Split Pea soup
Before bed: another 10 minutes on my mini-stepper
