Hello fellow BAFer's.... 
I miss you guys like crazy!
I lurk for the most part during the day (when I can). "The Man"
has his eye on our computer usage... so I do the best I can.
I followed along with the Veggie Plan Cookie had going on... and like Mack Mamma (HEYYYY GIRL
)... I was blowin the jawn up. 
LOL... I wanted to post, but couldn't at the time.. and when I get home.. that's a whole ANOTHER story... A SIS GOT GOOD NEWS!!!!!!!!

But, I'd like to give encouragement to those in the struggle... IT'S NEVER OVA!! I'll be 5 years out in 11/09 and still yet to make it to my personal goal. But, I perservere and that's the most important part.
Stay the course and we'll all make it. I'm a make it a personal goal to post more in the evening and keep myself in the GAME so to speak... that means holding myself accountable and doing right by me... because I love me 
and know for a fact that I didn't put myself through all that surgery to go back back back. 
And that's no reflection on no one but myself. I've been up and down with 10 lbs... and thanks be to God I am down 7 with 25 to go to get to goal which is 150 lbs. I'm a work in progress with a plan to get where I want to be by staying right here with you guys who struggle as I do and understand as I do.
Help keep a sista encourage and I promise to do the same for any of you!!
