QUESTION FOR THE VETS AND NEWBIES
OK SO SOME ALREADY KNOW IM STRUGGLING WITH THIS WEIGHT LOSS THING. I WANNA DO GOOD I REALLY DO,BUT AS YOU KNOW ITS HECKA HARD. MY QUESTION IS,AT 2 MONTHS OUT,WHAT WERE YOU EATING.

EGGS(WHEN MY TUMMY ALLOWS)

SMOOTHIES WITH PROTEIN
CRAWFISH,BAKED FISH
RED BEANS

Your doing pretty good. I am 11 weeks out and I can only tolerate soft foods; crab cakes, cheese sticks( I melt them in my red beans or refried beans), split pea or lentil soiup and of course the protein shakes. But take it easy on those carbs; rice and potatoes. They are a beast!
The water keeps you from dehaydration and the vitamins keep your energy and blood levels in check. If you have to make a note and put it somewhere you can see it. Have you tried Crystal Light or non sweet tea?
