What are you putting in your?:
SMOOTHIES WITH PROTEIN

rinsed strawberries,mango,lemon, papaya,and strawberry gladiator
 
Drink, drink, drink, drink your water. You should be chugging it allllll day.


i know i know i know,but i get tires of drinking water,mixed with anything.
Forgetting your vitamins?

so faar so good today,im on track!! just two more. i think i need to switch up though these big ass horse pills make me sick...are there any gummies i can take that you know of?

Wonka D don't do gummie vitamins...those are for chirrens....

I just received my Bariatric Fusion Vitamins....they taste wonderful!

Are you getting the Strawberry Gladiator from Smoothie King...if so it has over 300 calories in it!!!!  When you make your own smoothies are you mixing them with soy milk, 1% milk or water??  If not your adding alot of calories that way.

If you are tired of water mixed with the sf powders, try just adding a slice of lemon.....I love it.

Which vitamins are you talking??   The only "big horse pill" I was on was the calcium citrate but I switched to UPCAL D....its a powder that can be mixed with anything.

OMG!!! YOU JUST KILLED ME WITH THE GLADIATOR!!! I DONT MAKE MY OWN SMOOTHIES YET BECAUSE I DONT WANNA BUY A BIG CONTAINER AND IT TASTES LIKE CRAP,AND A LOT OF THEM DONT HAVE SMALL ONES OR SAMPLES.WHAT ARE YOU DOING FOR PROTEIN MIXES? I BOUGHT THE ATKINS PROTEIN SHAKES TODAY SO I'LL SEE HOW THAT WORKS.



I ACTUALLY DID THE LEMON WATER THING,AND I LIKED IT SO I HAD 32 OZ OF WATER TODAY!!! NOT MUCH,BUT BETTER THAN YESTERDAY

Good Job on your water increase.   Yeah a friend suggested the Gladiator, but when I found out about the calories I passed.

I use Gold Standard Whey from the Vitamin Shoppe.  I make smoothies with soy milk and sf syrups, or sf ice cream toppings.  I also mix it with my weight control oatmeal, cream of wheat and cottage cheese.  You can buy a blender bottle for like $5 @ the vitamin shoppe to mix your protien.  I only make 4-6oz at a time so I can drink it down.  I also found alot of good receipes on the eggface blog.  I've been making protien icecream....yummy!!!  Oh and if you don't like the consistency of cottage cheese you can actually puree it and it will be smooth like yogurt, high in protien and you can mix it with sf strawberry topping.

Oh and as far as your vitamins, you may want to ask your DR. but mine allows me to take the Flintstones multivitamin complete (chewable).

When you opted to have surgery...tired of drinking  water w/ nuthin should never enter ur vocabulary.  What is the point of having someone reroute your insides and not be willing to do what's necessary to stay healthy? Mixed drinks is only ok initially to keep you hydrated soon after your discharge but you MUST get in pure water or risk your kidneys.

The complex carbs that you are eating are not only hard on your new pouch to digest but definately won't help your weight loss.

Deep six the rice, alfredo, and mac and cheese.
Do you like cottage cheese and yogurt? Both are great sources of protein. You really should be eating very few carbs, and only good ones like veggies.
