I told my son he had to go He has not worked in 4 months...he ain't tried to keep my damn house clean...hell he can't even keep that room clean Did I mention I have a type A personality and things need to be in their place ALL THE DAMN TIME!!!!! His free ride is over...period.

So, first my daughter and G-baby left the nest and now my son is gone and it's just me and the dogs

I had to tell him like this..."Son you're 21 and a grown ass man, with no job, living with your Momma, not helping around the house, not paying any bills, eating up all the damn food...going out and partying it up with your friends and acting like you ain't got a care in the world...GROW DA FUCK UP" I warned his ass and gave him a deadline to make changes...he failed to do so...and now he can go live with his friends and have them support his broke ass

I'M FREE Y'ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like he needed a dose of tough love.

I have really tried to help him BUT you can't help someone who doesn't want to help theirself!!!!!

He knows better and I have faith that *one day* he will be a good man...but right now...he is still acting like a selfish little boy I ain't having it

Child, I am right there with you!  On every point!!!  Except, my son is just 18 - a high school senior - but I'm already looking at him like, "Look... when are you gonna start contributing around here??? EARN YOUR MOTHERHUMPIN' KEEP!"

Keep on him girl or it will only get worse I love my son...and that is exactly why I had to tell him to get the hell out! He had far too many opportunities that he let slip away from him...now do da grown man

Wow. 21 huh.  My momma kicks us out in the summer once we graduate high school.  She gives us a choice though.  Either get a fulltime job and pay 1/2 the rent or go to college and live on campus.
Good job mom.  I wish more parents would kick their kids out when they start slacking off.
Honeymoon challenge Participant.  It's about to be a hot summer

As a mother you want to help your children and afford them opportunities that you never had...but there is a fine line when it has to end and they have to help themselves
