Benefiber Drink Mix & Crystal Light "Metabolism"
Benefiber - 15 calories, 3 fiber, 4 carbs, 0 sugar.
Crystal Light - 5 calories, 10% Vitamin A, C & E. 25mg caffeine & 63 mg Green Tea Antioxidants.
Tastes GREAT!! I tried blending with ice (turned it into a slushy), with scoop of protein over ice ohh and as directed in a bottle of water. WWWonderful!

The only downside is the Benefiber Cherry Pomegranate is bright RED and my cup leak on my 'girls'.
Oh well, I'm still gettin more fit even with bright red spots on my lime green blouse!!!....nice!?!?!?!? CHEERS!

The Walmart brands of the sugar free drink tastes VERY similiar (but minus the fiber) gotta make a whole pitcher of that tho. I call myself "spoiling" myself with these little single-serving deals.
