MONDAY SHOUT OUT
Morning!
Left my multi's at home but I do have my calcium-magnesium with vitamin d complex. I will have to play catch up with the rest of my vits when I get home.
Breakfast - Yoplait FF Light Very Cherry Yogurt
Snack - Two strawberries, broccoli florets and carrots
Lunch - Campbell's Healthy Request Chicken Noodle Soup, peaches and cottage cheese
Snack - Protein Bullet - 42g
Dinner - Chicken breast, romaine
Another Bullet (42g) after I workout tonight.
