Well my brother is visiting and has issued one of our challenges which is ok with me since beach weather is nearly upon us!

Multi vits, calcium, b12, b-complex, and iron; fast walking/chasing my toddler 3miles on his powerwheel, working on core and arms and back this evening.
 
Bfast - Protein smoothie w/ fruit, green tea and flaxseed added
Green Tea
Lunch - Another smoothie
Green Tea
Snack - Grapes
Dinner - Collards or a salad
1 Gal water

Hey Miz D!  It's monday - I'm back on the grind......

B - oatmeal, 2 slices wheat toast
L - chicken spaghetti, peas
S - yogurt, pears and pinapples
D - BBQ chicken w/baked beans and spinach or salmon croquettes w/brussel sprouts

water, water and MO water!!!!!  all vitamins too of course......

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Eating fruit and vegetables

1 gallon (128 ounces) of water

Working on lower body (wall squats, ab/adductors, calves, quads, hams) and abs/obliques.  Will walk around the track after work.  Nothing like doing cardio outside.

I've already had 12 oz of water with my vitamins this morning and I've just filled up my bubba keg (52oz).  I love that thang!

Girl it's nearly beach weather and you know how Diamond and I do....might have to drive 2 extra hours but me and my girl will still be chillin.  Can't have her making me look bad so it's on and poppin! Jus****ched Biggest Loser and I am soooooo motivated!  Get ready for irritation cause ur girl is back and on the case.
