Well my brother is visiting and has issued one of our challenges which is ok with me since beach weather is nearly upon us!
Multi vits, calcium, b12, b-complex, and iron; fast walking/chasing my toddler 3miles on his powerwheel, working on core and arms and back this evening.
Bfast - Protein smoothie w/ fruit, green tea and flaxseed added
Green Tea
Lunch - Another smoothie
Green Tea
Snack - Grapes
Dinner - Collards or a salad
1 Gal water
B - oatmeal, 2 slices wheat toast
L - chicken spaghetti, peas
S - yogurt, pears and pinapples
D - BBQ chicken w/baked beans and spinach or salmon croquettes w/brussel sprouts
water, water and MO water!!!!! all vitamins too of course......
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

B- Carribean Cooler w/ Rasberry Crystal Light (20 ounce water)
L- Chicken stir fry w/ a sprinkle of brown rice

Maybe 30-40 ounce of water (All I can do and my vits)

snack - Strawberry Protein Shake
Lunch - Chocolate Caramel Protein Shake
Snack - Banana Cream Protein Shake
Dinner - Left over turkey meatloaf
snack - sugar free jello
I've already had 12 oz of water with my vitamins this morning and I've just filled up my bubba keg (52oz). I love that thang!

Lots of water, I'm gonna do 30 min step aerobics and weights after
