MY QUESTION WASSSSSSSSSSSS

It just amazes me how fast newbies are willing to eat crap so soon after surgery.   I wanted my surgery to work so I did exactly what I was told and yes I was sick of it but I wanted to be thin and healthy and so I just did it.

Ro is right yall just want to hear that you can eat that crap when you know you shouldn't be and then a in a few month newbies are crying that they are stalled and never made their goals.

That window is only open for a short time and when you eat all those carbs and sugar your forcing it to close even sooner.

I said YALL making reference to newbies who eat **** and then complain, so for those of YALL who do that I am talking to YALL.   For those who don't you know I don't mean you.
(Thanks for correcting my English, i'm ignant)

I don't really care if you ask questions,  I don't think anyone does they are just saying that you know you should not be eating those high fat, high carb items.  Those are the foods that made us all fat so it's only common sense that we not eat them now.

To be honest I think it's your choice what you eat,  if you want to take advantage of your window do so, if not then don't.

Lee,

You are so right. When I was freshly out, my NUT told me it was okay to eat certain foods. You LASHED out at me and told me she was wrong....and I APPRECIATE every bit of advice that you gave me that night in chat.

From what I saw you got some good answers which is most likely why a bunch of people didn't answer.  Once a question is asked and answered the thread is pretty much over.  Trust me, a post op diet at 2 months does not consist of much variety, not a whole lot to say on that topic

Regarding the "extra"  I will say  that by detailing what you've been eating, you brought the "extra" on yourself.  No one here is going to tell you that's ok...EVER.  It's rough in here Son!!!

At two months, chicken was still iffy for me, I could never have imagined potatoes, pasta, rice and beans, and I was not and am not the perfect WLS patient, but c'mon now, you gotta know better, and if you don't, now you do.
