No Desire to eat

Okay just about everything I eat makes me sick.  I can eat fruit, cottage cheese, peanut butter and drink my protein drinks.  What do I do, I just walk pass food like yuk!!!.  I need some suggestions.  I am required to eat 4oz. per meal 3 times a day.  If I get in 2 meals with 2-3 ozs I'm doing very good.  My weight is at a stall and I know this is a contributing factor.  MM that chicken spaghetti sounds good, it's just that things like pasta, potatoes, rice, steak and bread are a no no according to my NUT unitl I am a year out.
Did any one else go through this?

HELP BAF!!!

  Eureka!!!!  LOL

Swap out the pasta for julienne sliced zucchini - you just cook it to the firmness you want, season it with salt, pepper, Mrs Dash and pour the chicken spaghetti sauce over it!  Lil grated cheese on top - PRESTO CHANGE-O!!!!  A good meal that is not against your rules!!!

What's the name of the sauce

Name?  Umm - 'the sauce I made after I mixed some stuff together'?  LOL!!!

I get the Walm Mart brand Onions and Mushroom spaghetti sauce ($1.00 a bottle)
I also buy italian seasoning

I boil 2-3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts in seasoned water (salt, pepper, Mrs Dash, onion powder and garlic) - once cooked, let cool and drain.  Dice the chicken up into bite size pieces.

I take .5 to one medium onion, sautee it in a lil olive oil and a lil salt, then add the sauce and seasoning to taste.  If not thick enough, add a can of diced tomatoes and/or a can of tomato sauce, adjust the seasonings if you add extra.  Then add the chicken, let simmer for 20-30 min to 'merry' all the flavors......

Boil the zucchini seperately, drain and season to taste, put the chicken spagetti sauce over it and enjoy!!!   Well - that's how *I* do it anyway...... I'm not one of those 'cookbook' cookers - I read recipies and do my own thing.

Hey Trina this is the sauce I used-I guess its not really a sauce, more of a guac/salsa combo. Its supposed to be pretty hot but I don't detect much heat at all and I'm much more sensitive to spicy stuff since my band.

They also have other products-here's a link to their website: http://www.zaaschila.com/index_ing.html
