Tuesday Shout Out
We are having another day of the heatwave. Since I'm off, I'm going to take advantage of the pool today instead of my usual walk.
B: protein shake, scrambled eggs w/ cheese and coffee

So far I got my iron and calcium in. I still have to do my multi's and play catch up with water. I only got in a cup this morning.

B- had an Ecrich smokey link, those things have 0 carbs, very few calories and are loaded with protein. My best find yet.

D- 1/2 a crableg and squash smothered with onion and garlic.

ETA: I usually do the grapes and cheese snack but ran out.
