We ended up having a lovely day yesterday so I was all out there.  Walking at least 3 miles today; crunches, squats and pushups this evening.

Bfast - Skipping since  I have a meeting and my tummy can't be trusted when I'm on the move.
Lunch - Smoothie w/ protein, flaxseed and greentea
Snack - Grapes/cheese
Dinner - Collards
Snack - Grapes/Cheese
1 Gal Water Goal

Multi, iron, calcium, xtra B12 (my hands are feeling weird like  a couple years  ago...need to make an appt) B-complex.

D- PB&J on low carb bread (I am hooked, toast the bread so all the PB is gooey...dayum!)
S- salmon cake -if I'm hungry

Lots of water, spin class

AWO - protein shake, carrot juice, and yogurt with pineapples

L - Collard Greens and cucumbers

Workout - Doing a Billy Blanks Tape to mix it up and jogging outside....gotta get back in "outside workout" shape.

I kinda fell off working out wise but I'm back on track now,  thanks for these as they keep me accountable

BFast - 1/2 of bacon, egg, cheese omlette
Snack - Almonds
Lunch - Chilli and Cheese
Snack - Strawberry Protein Shake
Dinner - Chicken breast

already had 20 oz of water and have my BUBBA Keg filled and sipping away.  I've also taken my vitamins and done 30 minutes with the walk away the pounds tape.  Depending on this afternoon's weather, I'll either be hitting the treadmill or going rollerbladding with baby girl and the mutt.
I was once a mess!!  My mess is now my message!! WLS saves lives!!  I'm living proof!

Morning D...my plan today is:

Breakfast - protein shake & watermelon
Snack - watermelon
Lunch - green beans
Snack - protein shake w/watermelon
Dinner - spinach salad
Snack - watermelon

Water - 80oz

Vitamins - B1, B12, Vit. C, Vit. D, Calcium Citrate, Iron, Multi Vitamin

Exercise - walking at lunch & treadmill this evening

all morning vitiamins done and will walk this evening 3 miles.

I will be back in the gym tonight - it's ON and poppin!!!!!

B - protein shake, 2 slices wheat toast
L - Lean Cuisine OR some take out (Wendy's is looking nice today or chick fil a)
S - yogurt and canned fruit
D - salmon croquettes

Got my vitamins for the morning in - calcium later today and plenty of water!!!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Lunch mixed veggies and red grapes crystal light ( if I have any room left in the pouchie)
Dinner.......not sure.... thought about picking up some cashew chicken ( I always toss the rice and just eat the meat and veggies)
