A surgiversary (early) celebration for Michael (HERO)!
I just wanted to take a moment for us all to celebrate and congratulate the accomplishments of my friend and our board's very own "good guy", Hero_XXL on his 3 year surgiversary!
We all know him through his helpful, cheery demeanor, and handsome, stylish pics!

But let's take a little walk thru time to honor his accomplishments!
He started this journey with surgery as his LAST resort, wearing a size 120 pant, only able to wrap himself in a california king size sheet after bathing.

Unfortunately, he was a little TOO enthusiastic about diet and exercise in the beginning, BUT reached his goal of a 19 inch waist and being able to wrap himself in a washcloth after a shower.

After some trial and error (and binging and purging), he has finally reached a healthy BMI, although sometimes, he longs for his lowest weight (see above).
Just wanted to say great job and WAY TO WORK YOUR TOOL!
Let's all give him a big CONGRATULATIONS!!!
