3 YEAR SURGIVERSARY, 9 Weeks left in my 20 week program.

HAPPY SURGERYVERSARY TO ME !!!!!! 

It has been 3 years today yall since I had my surgery.  I started at 275 pounds and a hot bed full of illness and man am I glad I had surgery cause my life has never been the same since.

It is also 9 Weeks before I leave for my big trip and I can fit into my new bathroom jeans, they are tight but I can zip and button them.   I finished the 5K program on Friday and i'm right on track with my eating.

This is a good week for me,  very good week.

I just wish everyhthing with this surgery was automatic and you would never have to eat right or exercise.   But oh well.. 

Lee - you are one of the few die hards on here that I have NOTHING but respect for - you hold on to the grind like NOBODY'S bidness!!!!!  when I think of who I wanna be 'like' in terms of commitment and consistency - your name is on my list!!!!

Happy Surgiversary and congrats on your jeans - you will be fine and sweating like a mofo on that trip!!!  you know africans ain't got AC..... LOL!!!!

All I do is try to keep from getting fat pretty much.   I have a ridiculous commitment to working out , that I wish I could transfer over to other parts of my life, like eating.   But so far so good with that even.
