Good Morning Candace and BAF Family

Well I am planning to finish unpacking my house and doing laundry. Because Monday morning will be my first day back to work.

I just got back from my 4 miles walk and feeling good but the legs are burning.

B- yogurt and hard boiled eggs
s- protien shake with banana and strawberry
L- salmon and crab meat w/veggies
S- Protien shake
D- grilled chicken breast and veggies


Working on getting in about 40 oz of water today. I am getting better with increasing my water intake every day.

Not doing much today but some much needed spring cleaning. My sons room smells like a football locker room... Taking out the spring clothes and getting ready for the warm weather

b- 2 cups decaf coffee
l-homemade turkeny noodle soup( had to get rid of the turkey from Easter somehome)
d- grilled porkchops and brussel sprouts

s- yogurt smoothie.

Does wathcing the boys cut the grass count as excercise Hey someboady has to make sure th grass is even and I have to walk back n forth in the yard to check the grass.  we have 3/4 of an acre of land and that is a lot of watching and walking  That is my exercise for today.

Will get in m 64 ounces of water... probably will hvae 2 more cups of decaff coffee.

Well it raining here on my side of town. So we  went out for  lunch to day after work. Chinesse buffet (all u can eat)

B- sm coffee -vitamins
 

L- muchrooms, clams, stir fry greenbeans, little bit of fried crabs. shrimps
20 oz water
