My plan - dang - i ain't think about having one until I read this - so i guess I better get on it.....
B - Chex cereal with skim milk, might do a protein shake a lil later
L - salmon croquettes
S - fruit ****tail, cottage cheese
D - have no freakin clue - I am craving BBQ chicken, so might be that w/pickles and onions
I have the headache from hell and my body is trying to reject my lungs by coughing them up so no exercise for me - lots of bed riding and rerun watching.......
I will get my water and vitamins in! Hey - does the walking to and from the bathroom count as cardio??? LOL!!!! Have a good Saturday!!!

I came in to work this morning with nothing! Only working a few more hours, so I guess I will just wait it out cause I don't want to get anything from the vending machines. I will fill up on water till I get off. Then I will probably stop somewhere and get a big salad and eat off that all day. Too tired to cook! LOL

I don't have a plan other than I will be bad today. Even though the weather is supposed to be horrible, I bought my tickets a month ago to the Mary Mary concert in Lake Charles tonight at 8:00. My friends and I are going to out for dinner and drinks (I know we are going to a gospel concert but Jesus turned water into wine
). I think we have decided on Texas Roadhouse. I will not eat much during the day in order to save up for tonight.
