When I was at your stage, it took me quite some time to add the foods that you name. I was mostly protein shakes, yogurt w/ protein, water, refried beans, cheese, chili and possibly some flakey meat such as baked fish. The brocolli and corn that you name was a real no no per my surgeon. I wasn't even permitted salad greens til 3months out. I mixed benefiber in a drink twice a day and have NEVER experienced constipation postop. They also have miralax which you can mix in most drinks...both are very mild and work. The miralax was recommended for my 3yo by his doctor which is how I learned about that.
If you have a regular bowel movement the bloated feeling would go away. Also both brocolli and corn are gas producers. I'd cut back on them while your new pouch matures. You will find early in the process that many things will not be for you but...continue to test them and as your pouch matures they won't bother you anymore...this is strictly trial and error as everyone is different.
