CALCIUM ..... YUCK !!!

Ok .. so I need help.  Anyone out there know of a tolerable Calcium chewable.  I tried the Baractric Advantage one .. Chocolate Flavored.  1st taste like chalk .. then it turned into paste ... right in my mouth .. YUCK  !!!  Thought I was gonna die.

Does anyone have any suggestions.  Has anyone tried the Baractic Advantage Calcium Crystals that go in water ????

a brand called Twinlab makes a Calcium Citrate that tastes pretty good.  It is citrus flavored and it is chewable.  i got mine from the Vitamin Shoppe

Not to go against anything your surgeon or NUT advised but at 2 months out you should be able to swallow pills now. The capsules of calcium I prefer over the tablets.

You know what .. you are absolutely right.  I can swallow pills.  I don't know why I'm trippin.  I can just swallow .. no problem.  I will look for a pill.

See .... I don't know how you went there????     But, I guess I walked into that huh !!!!

vitacost.com calcium citrate liquid. by tropical oasis. tastes very well. keep it refrigerated. take a swig twice a day. bottle lasts about 6 weeks. dont forget u have to drink/take it at least 1 hour before or after the multivitamin b/c the calcium citrate cancels out the iron

Thanks Girlie .. this might be the best one yet for me.  I'm currently taking the Centrum Mulit-viiamin liquid .. and I keep that refrigerated and it's not bad at all.  Thanks for this.

BE CAREFUL WITH THAT CENTRUM MULTIVITAMIN, IT DOESNT HAVE IRON IN IT. WE NEED IRON!
