I'm happy to report that I have been eating all vegetables this week and I have lost 5 pounds...

Oh goody... I was about to start a confessions of a bad eater string...I am on vacation and I have been hit and miss on my eating program...happy to see this discussion come about....so for me so far it will be:

B: protein shake
s: grapes (maybe)
L: the grilled chicken and spinich I passed for ....( i am not even going to say)

exersize: get my walk on in the neighborhood

Lunch ...mixed vegatbles ( cauliflower,carrots,black beans pear onions in a butter sauce ) and red seedless grapes
snack coffee
Dinner......salad

D- Salmon with crab meat and brusset sprout

before bed- Protien Shake

it's not the plan but it's been a Mountain Dew, Venti White Mocha, and too many Bliss Chocolates...

not a good day.  I'm going to go get some real food right now and praying for strength.
