Tell the truth! What's the plan?
Oh goody... I was about to start a confessions of a bad eater string...I am on vacation and I have been hit and miss on my eating program...happy to see this discussion come about....so for me so far it will be:
B: protein shake
s: grapes (maybe)
L: the grilled chicken and spinich I passed for ....( i am not even going to say)
exersize: get my walk on in the neighborhood

Breakfast....coffee and protein shake
snack....green grapes and a tangerine
Lunch ...mixed vegatbles ( cauliflower,carrots,black beans pear onions in a butter sauce ) and red seedless grapes
snack coffee
Dinner......salad
