B - Protein/fruit smoothie
AWO - Protein shake and carrot juice
L - Squash/Zucchini/Onions and marinated cucumbers
S - Cucumbers, Carrots, and Broccoli dipped in Ranch
D - I'm going to TRY some buffalo tofu
with a side salad
S - Apple and Grapes

Mulitvitamins, B-1, B-12 sublingual, B-complex, Iron, Vitamin C, Calcium Citrate +D, Vitamin D, Garlic, Osteo Bi-Flex, Flaxseed
Lower body workout, abs/obliques, and 3 miles outside

I will say this - this week has really been good for me. THANK YOU for doing this, Cookie. You got me out of my 'food funk' and I have backed down from the ledge. I think it was last Friday or Sat you challenged me to this week's detox - I was a solid 195.? on that day - this morning I was 192.8. I am going to KEEP going with this for a lil bit - I actually LIKE it!

I have been craving buffalo hot wings and I hear that tofu takes on whatever you mix it in. I'm going to mix up some buffalo sauce and toss the tofu in there. Keep your fingers crossed.

Hmm - you get my total adoration for trying the tofu thing - MY brilliant azz is going to cop some of the sauce from Buffalo Wild wings and make Mango Habanero wings this weekend..... I bake the chicken tho - not fry it before I toss it in the sauce......
Lemme revise my plan - had an idea on the way into work - Imma make a Subway run and get a sweet onion chicken teryaki wrap..... LOVE them thangs - LOADED with almost every veggie they have!

Didn't stick to my meal plan yesterday at all, got so busy that I forgot to eat after breakfast. I did get alot of fluids in tho, and had spinach and chicken for dinner. I must do better!!
