I just thank God everyday for allowing the insurance company to approve my surgery. In 6 short weeks, I can go upstairs to my 3 level and not be out of breathe when I get to my bedroom. I never thought in a million years that I would be in the gym 3x times a week and walking 6 days a weeks 2 miles a day. God is so awesome still getting use to people telling me how good I look. If we funny at church on Sunday one of the band member came over to me and gave me a hug saying you look so amazing and told me he hope that I enjoy this journey of living healthily for the kids. I just started crying because sometime when I look in the mirror I still he the same 300 pd Marsha and not the 250 that I am today.

I have posted new picture on my profile today. I want to thank all of the Veterans for their advice on her everyday because it really help a lot and Cookie every morning posting what you eating for the day because it keep me plan my meal for the day.

I can relate to what you are saying about not seeing the change.  For two years I could still see the 305 pound person in the mirror although the scales showed something different.  It takes time on that front for sure.  Just be true to yourself and work your tool.
