My television debut...potentially

As some of you may remember around this time last year I had someone stay with me for 2 weeks and within 1 week her demon child crashed my computer.  Well, needless to say one who raised a child so trifflin and audacious never made good on fixing the **** so I sued the *****  How bout I got a letter from Judge Alex in the mail saying they want to do my case?  I doubt that I will do it, but I thought it was kind of funny cause I always wonder why some folks agree to take their asses on those types of shows, and now here I'm presented with an offer.

Also, the ***** apparently filed bancruptcy after she left here, I got a call from an attorney yesterday who left a message saying she was calling to give me bancruptcy information on "Blank"  Anybody know how this would affect my litigation?

if she owe you money & plans to file for bankruptcy, you may be beat. they could get the money she owe you lumped in with all the other outstanding debts she aint payin and that'll be that.

either beat her azz when you see her or chalk it up as an L.

and don't mess around with that tv sh*t. they'll try to play you out and have y'all lookin like some fools. it may not be worth the money you recoup.

If she claims you as a creditor on her bankruptcy papers - you will be assed out if it's Chapter 7 - that's clean slate filing right there - did that move when I was 22.

I say go on Judge Alex!!!  At least you will get to embarass that tramp - now - as to if you win, you'll have to establish that you secured the equipment properly and the child went to some length to access and subsequently crash your system. 

Hell - if you do go - you KNOW BA*****ta get the info on the air date!  That will be one for my DVR for SHO!!! 

The case is mine, not worried about that, but I'm not the court show type, really don't even watch them much, but she will pay one way or the other.

I would call the show and ask if the show pays the fee? I was told some do....that way you get back some of the money. If she does Ch.7 and files on you then you will be out of luck. keep us posted of how TV court works

they pay everything, accomodations and judgement if you win.

If you go on the show I will shoot you down where you stand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
