Couch to 5K, Week 9, One Run Left, WHOSE STILL RUNNING?

Morning Yall

OK<  I just finished my second 30 minute run and it was kind of easy.  I only have one more run left in this program.   

I want to hear from all the couch to 5K'ers who are still doing the program.  I know April is still hanging on but i'm not sure who else is.   I want to know so I can keep tabs on you guys before I move on to 8K program.   I want you guys to complete this program cause it feels so good knowing you can accomplish. 

I was going to run the 30 minutes twice before moving on to the 8K but I think I may just move onto the 8K cause i'm ready and I don't need extra time like I thought I would.

ONE MORE RUN YALL !!!!!!    KEEP GOING GUYS,  DON'T QUIT !!!!!

Congrats Lee!!!!  I'm still running (week 5).  This week is terrible for me (pms) but i'm determined to see it through.

I know what you mean Shontay, last week I had horrible pms and my back was killing me and I had so much school stress this week, but I didn't let it stop me and when I ran through it it actually let me feel better.

Congrats on week five.   Keep going, you will be done before you know it.

i'm still running although haven't run since sunday cause got period tues and haven't felt like doing anything but sitting. so, i'm gonna start week 7 over at end of week and then plan 2 follow the leader to the 8k and on!

Andrea let me tell you if you run during your flow it will actually make you feel better, it's weird but it's true. 

I did it myself and thought oh hell I don't want to run but I am so glad I did.

Hey Lee

I am still with you. I am on week 5 day 4 (which is a repeat of day 3 for me). I am up to 20 minute runs. I did the 1st last night and it felt really good being able to run for a full 20 minutes non stop.

I do a c25k nightly email to personal friends to keep them updated on my progress. I try to do it at least 6 days a week and rest on Sundays. (I just repeat day 3 of that week)

Thanks for all the motivation and encouragement.
