Hey Guys,
How is everyone? I hope everyone's journey is progessing quite nicely. I am ofen down on myself because I sometimes allow myself to think I have not lost as much weight as I should have during my first year. Sometimes we have to remind ourselves how far we have come. I am grateful I am down 60lbs. and have 60 - 65lbs to go... Here are a few before and afters....

Congratulations on your weight loss to date. You look awesome. Having the band is a slow process. But we learn alot on the journey..We are making better food choices and seeing beautiful results. I am losing slowly as well. I have lost 30 lbs and I look fabulous and feel great! The good part is that I havnt gained any weight back. That is a beautiful thing. So you go girl, keep inspiring the rest of us...

You said a mouthful. It is such a SLOW process, but it does really make you appreciate the journey. I can agree with everything you said 110%. I often tell myself if I did not have this band I would have gained 60lbs. And I do feel much better. This band is such a blessing and a beautiful thing... You keep working your tool, we are well on our way to being showstoppers inside and out!
