I just went and ordered it. I hope it was the right thing. It cost about $30 and they only had 1. Are the recipes healthy low fat high protein?

Can you send me the link to it? When I entered "cooking with soul" the book that I posted the picture of is what came up and I don't think it is the right one. I really would like to order it too.
