SORRY BAF

Hi everyone sorry i havent updated yall lately. I really had nothing to talk about. I had to find a new doctor closer to me and he is in arlington like me but i cant see him until the 21st of this month. so today my doctor did a sleep apnea test on me and i think i have it cause i have to do part two of the test at the end of next month in case the surgeon wants it i guess. The good news is since feb 14th i have lost a total of 34 pounds and they are gone for good. i be on them protein drinks and water like its the best thing on earth plus i walk everyday. I just hope that the new doctor takes all this into consideration and can see that i am trying to better my health and my life. Just pray for me in hopes that one day my journey will start and i can get like yall healthy and feeling better. also anyone knows why i dont recieve the OH daily messages anymore
