no increased traffic to the potty for me.....   :( 

I did good yesterday but did have a slip up at dinner last night.

My plan for today is:

B - protein coffee and oatmeal

L - Bird's Eye vegetable medley

S - Watermelon

D - Salad

water, water and more water

Good, cause I hate this bloated feeling!  I have to take OTC colon cleansers to keep me regular.

You need more meals. 

ETA:  The plan calls for NO coffee (or caffeine)....only herbal tea.  Do the best that you can.

Oops, your right, I forgot about the no caffeine.....mine was Decaf though.

Gonna try and squeeze in a couple more snacks between meals.

This will be a breeze for me!!

hey Cookie!!!  I did GREAT yesterday on my 'altered' plan..... LOL!!!

Today -

B - protein shake, two slices whole wheat toast
L - chicken spaghetti
S - peaches and yogurt
D - salmon croquettes and brussel sprouts

Um - you ain't tell nobody that they needed to be quarantined during this detox - I had to run out of my own room after I blew the lid off that mug!  LMAO

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
