Fruit and Vegetable Detox/What R U Eating?

If you were able to stick with the plan, you should have noticed increased traffic to the potty .

Today, I am having:

B - 1 scoop of Isopure protein powder, 3 chunks of pineapples, 3 strawberries, 1/3 banana, water, ice, and 3 packs of splenda all blended.

After workout - Isopure protein shot (3 ounces of water and a scoop of Isopure)

Lunch - Collard Greens and Blackeyed Peas

Snack - Bowl of Vegetable Soup (1 pack of Mixed Vegetables (no potatoes), 1 can of green beans, 1 can of whole kernel corn, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 can of kidney beans, 1 can of diced tomatoes with garlic, oregano, and basil, 1 can of sweet peas, 1 small pack of carrots, 2 cans of chicken broth, 1 can of tomatoe paste, 1 diced onion....salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder, basil, garlic powder, thyme...bring to a boil then, let simmer for about 40 minutes).

Dinner - Collard greens, marinated cucumbers

Snack - Lowfat pineapple yogurt with pineapples chopped up in it.

Remember - No meat, cheese or crackers on the detox (note for my special friend).

I had to modify this to include chicken and turkey in one meal for the day.  I'm eliminating carbs though.

I am determined to do this, just can't get my head right now.

I did NOT even make it one day Cookie So here I sit eating my cottage cheese and sunflower kernnals then going to drink my java I tried but that turkey and ham in my fridge kept calling my name!!!

Ok well I brought tomatoes, mushrooms, and onions and a baked chicken breast but no fruit for lunch. I think Imma try to skip the chicken and go out and get some fruit...I love me some watermelon!!!

I'm going to really try to do this till Friday. Me and my girls have our annual weekend planned for the Tiki Bar opening down here....it's just about the biggest thing we have going on BUT till then I'm going to make a daily effort!!!

Protein shake

B  low fat yogurt/kashi go lean crunch (in place of oatmeal)/ strawberries

S  pineapples and grapes

L  asparagus/long grain and brown rice

S  tomatoes and cucumbers

D  northern beans

Protein shake
