Honeymooners POSSE UP!!!
I don't know if I have a honeymoon phase since I'm a revision, but I would love to lose 50 lbs by Labor Day. I'm meeting with a Nut on thursday to go over what I'm eating and meeting with a trainer to go over my exercise. I've been in the gym 5 days a week on the treadmill and doing water aerobics. My goal is to incorporate some weights in there to build more muscle to burn more fat.
