Ok...now that I'm able to do more than one thing at a time, without having an emotional outburst....I think I can do this.
I need soooo badly to get off these last 50-60 lbs. So. 50 lbs by Labor day it is.

I definitely needed this post! Al thought I feel like I'm putting in work by exercising and eating right, I can always step my game up! I had my husband hide my scale yesterday because I need to just focus and not weight myself multiple time throughout the day! It does not help that I work in health care with scales everywhere lol Anyway I'm in and hope to lose 60lbs by then!

Good morning, BAF. This is just what I needed. I would like to lose definitely by Labor Day between 50-60 pounds. That will be where I set my goal 3 years ago. Also, it will help me to stay motivated to reach it by my 40th birthday (September 26).
I will like to workout more than I have been in the last month. Also, I would like to increase my intake of protein and decrease carbs and sweets. Right now, I have an addiction to McDonalds' Sweet Tea (I know its bad but good). I definitely need to stop drinking the tea and increase the water. So I think I have plan. I just need to stick with it. :)
