Honeymooners POSSE UP!!!
2 things occour to me
1)My honeymoon is almost over
2)Challenges, protein trains etc generally are not honeymooner friendly for the simple fact that we're still on our "honeymoon"
Quite frankly, I think my honeymoon was over months ago, but that's another story. I'm overjoyed to be in a different place than I was last year, but I'm determined to be in a better place next year. I know a lot of fairly recent post ops are struggling, lovin the new bodies and new energy and using that energy to go out, but not work out. Perhaps you've picked up some old habits and are not doing quite right by the pouch, thus not progressing as much as you would like.
That said...I have a honeymooner friendly challenge...I'm calling all honeymooners to join me in a Labor Day challenge. If you're in, shout out the goal you wish to reach by Labor day.
I would like to loose 75 lbs

I don't usually set time-based goals because our bodies lose when they're ready, regardless of how much we do to speed the process along, but I would like to shoot for a loss of 70 pounds. That would put me at 275 pounds... I haven't seen that weight in almost 20 years, since I was 18!

Plan for next two weeks............still working, packing, selling furniture, settlement, moving, furniture deliveries, unpacking, cleaning and painting old house, new tenants move in...then start looking for a renter for another one of my soon to be vacant rentals.
Is that enough? LOL I know health comes first but right now I got too much on my plate!
