Man - SOMEBODY please tell me they are feeling the effects of this detox cookie got us on? I have been BLOWING UP the spot all WEEK!!! GEEZ - ain't nobody tell me it was gonna be like THIS!!!!!

sista needs more GLADE and air freshner than a mofo!!!! Will Gas X work on this mess??? Whoooo lawdy!!!! - It's 80 degrees here today and Imma be driving with my AC on but windows DOWNNNNNNNNNNN

I'm not a detoxer but MM...you might want to get some LYSOL.

I keep the little personal size lysol in my desk at work. Cause my gas some days are terrible and GOD forbids if I drink some milk at work!!!!

A bunch of us are doing the fat smash all veggie and fruit detox for this week....... it's KILLER!!!!

But YOU, young jedi - must stay on the PATH!!!!! Don't come to the dark side..... it's STINKS over here!!!!!

I've been doing a modified version...including dairy in the morning and small portions of meat. I have been chewing SEVERAL Gas-X tablets before I go to the gym but um...yeah they still sneaking out every now and then

I sat in the BACK of the class for Yoga last night and will be doing the same tonight before Pilates but Dude beside me kept giving me evil looks every time one ripped out...u know the silent but DEADLY ones

Luckily he doesn't do Pilates so he won't get a repeat performance

On the positive note, I'm all shall we say *cleaned* out and have had no constipation issues for the past 2 days

LOL!!! I have been too sick to hit the gym - but walking through the grocery store... you MIGHT not want to follow me down the aisle..... and lawd a MERCY when I get out in open air!!!!

My daughter has been RUNNING ahead of me for the last couple days when we go anywhere...... LOLLLLLL
