Well I basically started last night...but I did get in my strength and weight training! Now OTday I need to start with the water and I have a pretty good protein breakfast

Ummmm.....I did good all day, ate good, worked out, vitamins, everything.....

Until bout 9P when I was a lil upset and ate 1/2 a pint of Ben&Jerry's  But at least it's gone and back to business as usual!

I'm hanging in there.  I don't think I ate enough yesterday (worked too much & made no time for me), so I'm hoping to do much better today.  Yesterday was an 'off' day for exercise, but it's ON TODAY!

I did cardio for 45 minutes yesterday. I took all my vitamins, water could have been better. My eating was good. Today my trainer is on his way now to work me out, I will probably still hit the gym later for more cardio.

I did good all day at work, when I got home it was another story.

I had 2 slices of left over Papa John's pizza.  I was out of my favorite spring mix lettuce.

I worked it out though with some " adult " after hours cardio

My new hair was to blame for that......

Im still aboard......todays gonna be better !

 

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

I'm doing it up!
Today is Wednesday and I've already been to the gym twice and will be going today on my lunch hour.

Pre breakfast - 35 grams of protein a la nectar roadside lemonade
Breakfast - Fiber one & light soy milk
Lunch - Home made corn beef rueben yum!
snack - greens and berries drink & yogurt
Dinner - tilapia fish and veggies

Last night I had a little set back Eddy's Girl Scouts Samoa ice cream is the devil
had about 3 spoonfulls.

It went pretty good except for the tootsie roll pops
Luckily I remembered the challenged and put the english muffin down and made some eggs with cheese instead. 
Today I'm going to be on it.
Eggs for breakfast, tuna for lunch and taco salad for dinner.  And I'm sippin on protein now.
