My 1 year SURGIVERSARY

To my BAF today I'm officially 1 year out. This has been the BEST year of my life. I no longer have high blood pressure. My back and knees don't hurt me anymore. I no longer have acid reflux. My life is going great and I thank GOD that I was able to get gastric bypass surgery.

I didn't sleep very well last night because my mind was racing a mile a minute about my surgiversary.  I thank each and every one of you who shows encouragement, gives support, and lend an ear when needed!!

Happy 1st Surgiverary to you!  I wish you continued success along your journey...

Thanks Sassy Sista!  I need to post my real "before" pictures.  I was looking at them last night and I said I was big.  I forgot to mention I weighed in day of surgery at 331lbs I'm now 205lbs.  126 pound weight lost so far!!!
