B ~ 1 egg, 1 slice canadian bacon, 1 slice of lowfat cheese
L ~ "Chicken Goulash" (Hubby made!) boiled chicken seasoned to serve over rice with broccolli on the side
D ~ Shrimp and grits probably

c'mon y'all. i need 100 replies to this post...mostly from people eating "regular" food.

cuz for the next week or so, i'll be eating crystal light popsicles, sipping protein shakes, eating sugar free jello, and sippin low fat cream soups blended smooth.

when i read y'all eatin scrambled eggs, grilled chicken, chili, and stuff like that?

B  - oatmeal and green tea

S - sliced strawberries w/Splenda

L - brown rice w/black beans,corn & tomatoes

S - watermelon

D - ??? (probably mixed vegetables)

My plan mirrors yesterday's plan 'cept I'm eating northern beans for lunch...probably dinner too...They were FIYAH last night (good thing i sleep alone )

Ok I'm doing this with a little modifcation but a TRUE effort!

B - Cottage cheese with 2 TBS sunflower kernnals

L - mushrooms, diced tomatoes, green peppers, and red onions sauteed in 1tsp EVOO

D - Salad of some sort

Today is all vits, water and 45 minutes of pilates...no walk becasue it's raining and my foot is aching like a MUG!
