I am still doing the fruit/vegetable detox.

Today, I will have:

B - 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 5 raspberries, low-fat raspberry yogurt, 2 ounces of skim milk, splenda, and ice all blended.

After workout - Isopure protein shot ( 3 ounces of water and 1 scoop of strawberries and cream Isopure protein powder.

Lunch - Small salad (romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes) with 2 tbls of low-fat ranch dressing and Vegetarian baked beans (Bush's - blue label).

Snack - Small bowl of vegetable soup (see yesterday's post for my recipe).

Dinner - Squash, Zucchini, Broccoli, Onions, Cauliflower Stir-Fry (with soy sauce).

Snack - Apple and Frozen Grapes

Good Morning Cookie,

B - scramble eggs and cheese and 1 slice Turkey Bacon

S- 1 scoop protein powder, banana and strawberry smoothies

L- grilled chicken and broccoli

D- the rest of the grilled chicken and broccoli

S- protein coffee

1 hour in the gym walking on cardio

Hey Cookie!!  I'm hangin in!  this cold is kickin my azz, I can't taste anything so it's REAL easy to stay on track - lost my appetite.....

Today:
B - weight control oatmeal w/raisins and skim milk
L - chicken spaghetti and peas
S - no sugar added fruit ****tail, yogurt
D - salmon croquettes, spinach

Just took my vitamins, will be taking cold medicine throughout the day - getting water in by drinking hot tea


I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Mornin'

Breakfast - Carnation Instant Breakfast - with one scoop of unflavored protein powder
snack - banana cream protien shake
Lunch - Chilli with Cheese
Snack - Strawberry Cream protien shake
Dinner - Chocolate Caramel Protein shake

Already taken my vitamins and will drink a minimum of 64 oz of water.  Will do the walk away the pounds and hip hop abs dvd's this evening. 

I was once a mess!!  My mess is now my message!! WLS saves lives!!  I'm living proof!
