Tell the truth! What are you eating today?
Today, I will have:
B - 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 5 raspberries, low-fat raspberry yogurt, 2 ounces of skim milk, splenda, and ice all blended.
After workout - Isopure protein shot ( 3 ounces of water and 1 scoop of strawberries and cream Isopure protein powder.
Lunch - Small salad (romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes) with 2 tbls of low-fat ranch dressing and Vegetarian baked beans (Bush's - blue label).
Snack - Small bowl of vegetable soup (see yesterday's post for my recipe).
Dinner - Squash, Zucchini, Broccoli, Onions, Cauliflower Stir-Fry (with soy sauce).
Snack - Apple and Frozen Grapes
Today:
B - weight control oatmeal w/raisins and skim milk
L - chicken spaghetti and peas
S - no sugar added fruit ****tail, yogurt
D - salmon croquettes, spinach
Just took my vitamins, will be taking cold medicine throughout the day - getting water in by drinking hot tea
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

snack - banana cream protien shake
Lunch - Chilli with Cheese
Snack - Strawberry Cream protien shake
Dinner - Chocolate Caramel Protein shake
Already taken my vitamins and will drink a minimum of 64 oz of water. Will do the walk away the pounds and hip hop abs dvd's this evening.

L- turkey queso w soy/flax tortilla chips
S- after workout protien shake
D- chicken stir fry
S- cashews
