Calling out my vets - can we show these 'honeymooners' how it's done???

Now - I been seeing a lotta traffic about vets who have slipped and fallen a bit - I ain't gon call you out myself - but I am looking for you to put it on the line.

I LOVE that QT got that challenge goin for the honeymooners - can we get a 'Stomp the Yard' challenge going here and can we vets show these 'newschoolers' how WE get down????

I'll go first..........

I am up to 195 these days - and the madness has to stop!!! ain't NO way in HELL I'm going to see 200 hit the scale - so Cookie's detox is my first step.  I want to get back to my 185 comfort zone - no excuses!!!!!

anybody else over 2 years out with me????  Holla back!!!

Well see.....you know....I'ma have to be the cheerleader on this one.  I will commit to making better food choices and staying active though.  Ya'll can do it!!! 

Using the kiddo as an excuse.... ~smh~..... I will be seeing YOU after delivery - don't EVEN try to post your lil sob story on here about why your azz has spread and you can't get back in line afterward - I don't wanna hear it!!! 

And the more exercise you do - the easier things go - so I fully EXPECT to see you on that tip...... HARD!!!!

No excuses, just that weight loss is not my goal, lol.  But I got you on errythang else!

Trina I got you on this!!  I am at my highest in a few years.  Since I moved to Georgia the pounds have been slipping back on.  Got the exercise thing down and I need to get my eating back on track.  Have lost a few lbs and hope to continue that trend!

So funny you would post. As you can tell by my message on FB, I broke down and went and got me some "crack" from a doctor. The good thing is I only received a day 30 supply, and HAVE to go back every 30 days for my weight to be monitored. Once again that is why I have always said

"WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY IS EASY THE FIRST YEAR OR SO".


Maintaining AFTER a couple of years is when the real work starts. That is WHY I never tell anyone less than 2 years you have done a great job. I am up "25" pounds from my lowest, I REFUSE to go up any further. Others can't tell but the inseams in my size "12's" know. I will be back in my lose "10's" BEFORE the summer!!

Yep - after 2 years 'pimpin' this fat ain't to be trifled with!!!!
