Fruit / Vegetables Detox ???
Yeh, that got me too Mrs Rhonda. I has a little sliver this morning before I remembered the detox. My boss took us out to lunch today and it was so hard to pass on the meat but I had the vegetable hibachi at the Japanese restuarant. I know I will feel much better as I get all of this stuff out of my system. Going to pack up the ham and give it to my aunt. She'll enjoy it. I am sure your family will be able to polish off yours too. We can do it!

LOL! Yeah I got one but I also got a microwave... if that ham get to calling me loud enough ....I will nuke the shiot out of it and call the detox off. Got to rid myself of the temptation for now. One question for you MM.... Not sure if you did this detox before. I had what amounted to stir fry vegetables (broccoli, squash, green beans, onion) for lunch at a Jjapanese restuarant. That was at around 1pm. I tried to eat some cabbage for dinner. I can't get it in. I usually do salads or carrots for my vegetable. These heavier vegetables seem to be staying with me longer. I don't know how I am going to get 5 meals in a day...eating just vegetables. How are you doing with it so far? Any suggestions.
MD- I am the LAST mofo you want suggestions from - TRUST me!!! I am legend for how I did the last time I tried this detox diet - mofos STILL laughin about that one.
I did go buy canned fruit - the non sweetened kind - I like that with cottage cheese. I did good today though! I avoided the bacon this morning and had oatmeal and my dinner was on point - eating my canned fruit now. I think I might make it out of Day one alive! :)

LOL! Okay...thanks MM...I think I am going to go with well cooked vegetables and the fruit and cottage cheese will be a good addition to the plan. The veggies I had this afternoon weren't cooked that well....you know hibachi style. I felt really bloated and about to
when trying to eat the cabbage around 6pm. Hopefully, I will do better tomorrow.
