COUCH TO 5K, LAST WEEK 9, 3.32 MILES.

Today I started the last week of the Couch to 5K. The run was a 30 minute run and I won't lie it was difficult but only in the sense that it was long, but it was no where near as hard as I thought it would be.
I had to pep talk my way through it when I started to get mental fatigue, but for the most part I was really excited that I made it to the 9th week. It feels really good to have made it this far and only have 2 runs to go to complete it.
I have 10 weeks to go before my summer trip so I am really going to be working my butt off to get into my new "bathroom jeans." I also have to start eating more protein, i'm not going to lower my carbs any lower than 80 though cause I don't want to lose muscle.
Last Week Yall, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT !!!!!!!
I am so totally excited today.
With you, YES I can believe it. Congrats to you

Look at my April, hanging in there. I am so proud of you. I was beginning to think everyone had fallen off this week and here you come nipping at my heels and i'm glad to see you still going.
Those 25 minute runs are not bad, once you get through the first one and realize you can do it the other 2 are not bad.
You got this girl. Week 7 here you come.
