Hi Everyone,
Today is my Birthday & it is a National Holiday - so, for all of my BAF friends - please join my celebration..... In honor of my birthday, I have asked all of my friends to have their favorite Starbucks drink to help me celebrate. Mine is a Decaf Carmel Macchiatto, extra hot with 3 equals.. Venti size - what is yours?

PS I am also down 94 lbs and in a size 10 from a 22! I would have been happy to be a size 14, but GOD IS GOOD - ALL THE TIME!

I will NEVER BE 268 lbs again EVER in my life!

Can I get an AMEN? NOW, that is worth SHOUTING for!

Happy birthday. I did my version of a caramel macchiato before work this morning- 1/2 a caramel protein shake mixed with my home brewed starbucks coffee.
