Morning Yall

This mornings run was once again long but I did manage to keep focused and complete it without to much struggle.    I feel a lot better than I did on Wednesday and i'm looking forward to completing this thing next week.  woooo hooooo.

Wednesday I wa**** with the anniversary of both my friend and my dogs death and it got me really down but i'm good again,  just had to cry it out and now i'm back on the grind.

My knees have been doing a lot better lately, this morning my left knee had a tiny glitch but nothing to bad.  I am still putiing tiger balm and heat on them at night but i'm going to stop putting ice on them in the day if they aren't swollen.

OK guys I apologize for getting down but it happens.  Tomorrow is snack day so I will be really happy tomorrow.  LOL.

GET UP AND RUN YALL.....

I am so excited for you Andrea.

I am going to recommend that you get the nike+ running kit that way you can have the feedback you need.   It will tell you how many miles you ran, what speed, how fast you complete a mile, everything a treadmill does plus more.   I am glad I got it cause it is great feedback.   (thanks jorjandu)

It costs $29.99 at target, and if you don't like you you have 90 days to return with target.  You have to have a ipod nano for it to work though,  not a regular ipod a nano only, and you don't need to buy the nike shoes.

If I didn't already have a nano I wouldn't have bought it cause it would not be worth it to me, cause a nano is expensive and I don't know how long I will be running.

Nike + iPod Sport Kit for $29

Morning Lee!!!

I didn't go to the gym this morning, but I'll be at the gym tonight to complete week 7.  I really need to check into that Nike program.  Even though I run on the treadmill, it would still be nice to have.

If your running on a treadmill your getting feedback you don't really need the nike plus.   I wouldn't have purchased it if I were a treadmill runner,  but I find it really useful cause you can set your miles and you can set a trail to run across America, and compete with other people all over the world.

Yeah maybe you should get it.  I am loving this thing.

Lee,

I just returned from my walk/run.  I've only taken 1 day off since last week.  Today,  I race walked though.  Kind of took it easy.  But made myself get out.

I am pushing so hard because I am trying to break a stall.

As you can tell, I have modified the program!  LOL.  But at least I moving for 30 or so minutes every day.

It is totally ok if you race walk instead of run, you have to do what works for you.   Just the fact that your doing something is great in itself.

Keep up the good work.
