Wednesday I wa**** with the anniversary of both my friend and my dogs death and it got me really down but i'm good again, just had to cry it out and now i'm back on the grind.
My knees have been doing a lot better lately, this morning my left knee had a tiny glitch but nothing to bad. I am still putiing tiger balm and heat on them at night but i'm going to stop putting ice on them in the day if they aren't swollen.
OK guys I apologize for getting down but it happens. Tomorrow is snack day so I will be really happy tomorrow. LOL.

I am so excited for you Andrea.
I am going to recommend that you get the nike+ running kit that way you can have the feedback you need. It will tell you how many miles you ran, what speed, how fast you complete a mile, everything a treadmill does plus more. I am glad I got it cause it is great feedback. (thanks jorjandu)
It costs $29.99 at target, and if you don't like you you have 90 days to return with target. You have to have a ipod nano for it to work though, not a regular ipod a nano only, and you don't need to buy the nike shoes.
If I didn't already have a nano I wouldn't have bought it cause it would not be worth it to me, cause a nano is expensive and I don't know how long I will be running.
