What your plan????????????????

It's Easter and I know alot of people are pulling out all the good stuff....SO what's YOUR plan today????     B-Going to breakfast with the fam) 2 eggs over easy!!!   L- Protein Yogurt.   D- Going to my mom's.... She roasted a chicken for me so I'm good.   Water, all vitamins... No exercise today!!!   Enjoy your Day!!!

Happy Easter to ya!!!

My plan to day is as follows:

Breakfast:  Carnation Instant Breakfast
Snack - Banana Protein Shake
Lunch - Strawberry Protein Shake
Snack - Apples and Peanut Butter
Dinner - Dinner at mom's house - She put Salmon on the grill for me!!  YUM

All Vitamins, Water and am heading to the basemen soon to get my exercise in!!!
I was once a mess!!  My mess is now my message!! WLS saves lives!!  I'm living proof!

breakfast- oatmeal w/walnuts
lunch- grilled salmon/small salad
dinner- i am having my family over and cooking their favorites.
pork chops w/gravy/deviled eggs/spinach/cornish hens/stuffing/ham/green beans/rolls/mashed potatoes
I will have  cornish hen/spinach/deviled egg.
As for exercise today. I will go to spinning class at 10.

it was 70 yesterday and it'll be snowing tomorrrow lol. but yeah I Need to eat and if I don't plan it I won't and will be chastised Tues if I am down a pound when I visit the NUT what a change from a year ago lol

S- Protein shake with s/f carnation instank brekfast

Dinner

ham/turkey/collard greens/sweet potaotes/rice/macroni salad/gray/stuffin/baked macaroni n cheese



for me either some turkey or ham collard greens  might have to sneak some mac n cheese 

d- chocolate cream pie

d- for me yougurt smoothie with 24 grams of protien.
